The best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The staff is so kind, always helpful, and gets everything done in a timely manner. We have so many resident events, coffee trucks, and little touches that make it feel like home!

I've lived here since 2019. I love the location. Close to the beach, shopping and eateries. It's quiet and clean. I'm about ready to sign another lease.

The move in process for Mayfaire Flats could not have been easier. Instructions were very straight forward. When we got to the new apartment, it was very clean, almost looked like no one else had ever lived there. We love it!
