The location is wonderful and most staff is great. Maintenance is phenomenal! We love all the guys on staff. The office could use some work. Beautiful place for a decent price.

We love Sawmill ! It’s not just an apartment complex , it’s a community ! The staff is wonderful !! They are always available and work very hard to accommodate any isfues that arise . Monthly actives are always fun and varied . We have been here almost 5 years and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Wilmington .

From start to finish the staff has been very friendly and helpful. My unit was very clean and everything I could have hoped for. Be careful about watching concert dates on move in days.
