This apartment complex is so nice and well maintained. Love the pool area and other amenities. Community events are nonstop and family friendly. Conveniently located too!

Stephen’s Pointe is truly a wonderful, clean place to live with tons of amenities and located in a great area close to Wilmington, NC. Plus, the office staff and maintenance team are fantastic! They are extremely helpful and courteous whenever problems arise. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area!

In the 2 1/2 years I’ve lived here I have only nice things to say about my experience living here. The amenities are really good. The staff takes care of any problems promptly whether it be maintenance or other. The people here are friendly and there is always fun social activities to enjoy. I highly recommend this apartment community.
