Avoid this place if you have pets.

I strongly recommend checking their Facebook page and reading other reviews before signing anything. There seems to be a pattern where they assume any stain is pet urine without conducting proper testing, and then charge tenants for full carpet replacement after move-out.

In our case, we were charged $1,600 for a full carpet replacement, even though our dog is house-trained and we’ve never had this issue at any previous residence.

What’s especially... frustrating is that while they encourage you to “reach out” to resolve concerns, communication doesn’t actually prevent them from sending charges to collections.

This feels extremely unfair and potentially predatory toward tenants. Charging for damages without proper verification is not acceptable.

DO NOT RENT with Robinhood Court….they charged me 1k for carpet replacement for a small hole and a small rust stain from a chair due to water condensation seeping into the apartment….my water heater also leaked for months which lead to balck mold INSIDE my apartment and it took maintenance nearly 3 months to come out…the solution was white spray paint. This apartment was a nightmare from the start. When I moved in, nothing was cleaned. You could tell maintenance (or someone) came in and spray painted (white paint on carpets near walls) but the entire place was filthy. No one would come out to clean it. Then a management change (yay!) This new management neglected to hire proper maintenance staff leaving just one guy to cover the entire property, leading to delayed maintenance repair times…including black mold that occurred from my water heater... leaking. The solution after living with black mold inside my apartment (thankfully no negative health consequences came from this) was to spray paint over it! Finally I got to the end of my dreadful lease and of course I was hit with a $1,000 carpet replacement charge for a small hole and a rust stain from a chair due to water seeping in the apartment. I have lived at Robinhood Court since August 2020. Right off the bat it did not start well. I had signed my lease and moved in a week later than my initial date but when I entered my apartment it was still being worked on and I received no notice of this. The maintenance worker was still fixing things around my apartment including my closet which was destroyed and still being painted so I could not move my clothes into my closet until a week later. This was the beginning of their... unprofessionalism. I was also gaslighted by another maintenance worker who said that my leaking kitchen faucet was not a problem because all I had to do was push the handle to a very specific position and then it would stop so he did nothing to fix it. It was not until a new maintenance worker came along months later and said that it was clearly not working properly and needed a new part.
There is little to no communication between management and maintenance. You are not able to schedule appointments and they will come to your apartment without any notice. No timeframes or even dates are provided.
The community is also "gated" if you can call it that. The gates have been broken multiple times. The A/C is insanely loud so if you work from home you definitely do not want to move here. My mail key was also not working so they had to get a new one. They also tried to cheat me out of a discount that they were offering during move-in and did not give it to me until I took further action.
The apartments themselves are nice and the neighborhood is quiet but the cons heavily outweigh the pros of this unprofessional community. Read More

We lived here for 2 years and it was a great place at first. It is under all new management and has completely changed. None of the safety features such as cameras or gates work properly. The landscaping is absolutely terrible on the side we live. The pool is not monitored and the gate is always open so most of the people that are there don’t live here. None of the maintenance people will stay because of the working conditions and they are constantly leaving.
