Stafford Place

Overpriced apartments, that will cost you more after move out! They will not give you any cost/fees at the time of the walk through(pointless to do one with the)! Also have to beg for pest control to come. Very thin walls as well.

Anytime you need something be prepared to contact them 3 times and then to blame the next person. The price you pay to live there is crazy, especially with break in. Let’s not forget the fees after you move out(that they don’t give to you till you find it on your credit). Very shady. Look nice but don’t be fooled.

We have lived at Stafford Place going on two years now and I can't express enough how much we love it there! Selling a house and going into an apartment was very scary for us; however, the staff at Stafford Place made it so easy, warm and welcoming! We love all of the office & maintenance staff. They are always attentive and resolve any issues we have in a timely manner. The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable. I was surprised by how peaceful apartment living is...we rarely even… notice that we have people living above & below us. The amenities are great! Especially the leash free dog park - we have made lots of fur-friends! The weekly events are always fun & we enjoy getting to know our neighbors in the community. I am glad residents had a better experience than me. These apartments are very poorly build and the noise level from the neighbors is ridiculous. We had one neighbor that played his surround sound daily and the bass rocked the walls and after several complaints it seemed to only get worse. They call the luxury but luxury is nothing more than part of the name
