Less than zero
Do not rent units in 1600 building. Water damage, black mold in ceilings. They only fix cosmetic damage, respray/paint ceilings, when a tenant moves, they DO NOT FIX THE ISSUE

My experience at Timberline
The complex has a nice country setting look. The grounds are kept clean and well trimmed. The management is very friendly. My experience here has been very good, and I still live here. I like that Salem Lake is adjacent to us, and It has walking trails, so if I would like to enjoy a nice walk it is close. Nice place to live.

awful place to live at!!!
a no star will be the right answer. no a/c with a new born for 3 weeks and no fix. they made me pay for the full moth even though i had to go look where to live for three weeks!! took over a month to send check!! awful place to live!! you will regret it!!!
