I love the antique feel of the apartments, parking is decent. I’m really glad I got the apartment with AC, and the neighbors feel pretty friendly.

Mason is the perfect apartment building if you like old buildings. That's not to say it's dilapidated, it's updated, just built a long time ago. It feels secure, because it has withstood the test of time. The management is very helpful when you go to their office. The area is convenient, but not necessarily excellent.

No heat for weeks!
I came to town to see my son, he’s been complaining about no heat for almost a month. I walked into his apartment and it was absolutely freezing. The management refuses to do anything about it. Apparently it was like this last winter as well. If you live here plan on getting a space heater because that’s gonna be your heat source.
