Sierra Ridge is overall filthy. When I moved in, my apartment reeked of cat urine. No one had cleaned the apartment prior to my arrival. When something needs repairs, it takes multiple prompts and may or may not be repaired. I have requested my door be repaired three times and it still isn't done. If you need an apartment, look elsewhere.

The staff at Sierra Ridge was extremely helpful and prompt with my request. They will always listen, when in the office and reply in a prompt manner to the requests you have.

This is my first time moving into an apartment and I think Sierra Ridge did a good job helping me move in. They were really helpful and always respond when I email or have questions. I like the quality of the complex and the layout of my apartment. Overall it was a great experience.
