Thank you for your help

It's rare to find a place where you feel both comfortable and cared for, but this community nails it. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a excellent living experience. I am moving here to focus on my engineering studies. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful place.

Beautiful Property!

I toured the place recently with a friend and honestly, I really liked it. The building was super nice, clean, and had a good layout.Finding a place that feels right is super important to me. Joe and John where great answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed! Thank you both!

Helpful Staff and quiet building

I moved in about a month ago and have had a great experience so far. The staff are incredibly helpful and helpful in getting things addressed as best they can. I love how quiet and peaceful the building is. Exercise facility is great.

Best apartments ive lived at in Bismarck

Sundance Apartments is honestly the best place I’ve ever lived at. The whole vibe is just really chill and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and always say hi when you see them around, which makes it feel more like home. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and everything works like it should. I love how quiet it is at night too—you can actually sleep without hearing a bunch of noise.

The pool and gym are both awesome. I’ve started working out more just cause it's right there and easy… to use. Also, the location is perfect. I’ve never had any major problems since moving in, and if something small comes up, they fix it quick. This place is way better then the last apartment I stayed at.

If your looking for a nice, peaceful place to live, I definetly recommend Sundance!

Amazing Apartments

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Sundance Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who made the leasing process seamless.
