Central Park Apartments

This apartment is the worst apartment I have ever seen in my life. Dirty, outdated materials and they don’t respond to maintenance requests. Their customer service is very bad and they are rude to their tenants. All they care for is their rent at the end of the month. I regret moving here. I only moved here because of the urgency I had and needed a place and secondly I didn’t know that it was bad like the way it is.

This place is absolutely disgusting! The hallways WREAK (the smell sometimes leaks into my apartment), there’s trash and broken glass everywhere, and the management are absolutely awful to deal with. I actually had a maintenance request go unfixed for 33 days. And that was after I had called 4 times and set up an actual maintenance appointment to which no one ever showed up to. Oh and don’t expect anyone to reply to your emails!

Out of any property management I've ever had, or have heard about from friends, Valley Rental is the BEST! They have really strict rules, but those rules help keep the apartment complex running smoothly. The apartment building I live in is generally quiet (even though it allows pets which is a big plus in my book!!), the hallways and entries are always kept clean, the grounds are usually free of trash, and all the bonuses like free cable and internet are AWESOME!
