Valley Rental Hidden Pointe

This is a new apartment complex in a quickly developing residential part of Fargo. This is an ideal location within a 5 minute drive from many stores including the West Acres Mall, Wallmart, Target, and many restaurants. The Essensia Health Hospital and the new Sanford Medical Hospital are both within 5 minutes as well so it is a great place for nurses. It's proximity to I-94 and I-29 provide easy access to the rest of Fargo and Moorhead. The complex is in a quiet location but there is no... privacy for the west facing apartment balconies due to another complex placed very close to it on that side. The two car garage and unassigned lot parking is great but there are not many outdoor lots and depending on the apartment it can be quite a long walk from garage.-A miserable walk in the winter.
