3521 very disgusting

Outside my apartment is burned they just vacuumed it instead of replacing it, there are so many ant inside my kitchen and bathrooms, I hav sent mice inside my apartment. They complain so much to me but they can't keep the complex even decently clean. This place not worth the money they'll soon be tooken to courth -y.kimba

Not worth the price

Company insists on the value being higher than its worth. Lies about increases to rent. Apartments and appliances are outdated, patio decks are falling apart. Entrance doors are broken every other week due to unparented children along with trash and food all over halls. Exit signs are all trashed, kids/people try to enter your apartment randomly. Kids throwing rocks at cars in lot, just goes on and on. Don't rent here

Poorly maintained, noisy neighbors

Grounds and building always littered with garbage. Hallways damaged and dirty, often due to completely unparented children of other tenants. Pieces of the siding still on the ground months later. Landscaping poor. Maintenance does not choose to wear masks. Office hours are difficult for people with 8-5 jobs.

You get what you pay for. You're not paying for much. If you can, look elsewhere.

My apartment

Just moved in a month ago, so far i am liking it. Its clean, not too loud and the location is convenient. It is also spacious!
