Our company rented two units for our agents and the process was a breeze from start to finish, especially having done it from states away. We had a couple of speed bumps but property manager Melanie quickly took the issues into her own hands and everything was on the right track. We would recommend this property to others.

Mandan place is excellent!

I’ve been at Mandan place for about a year and besides amenities you won’t find at other apartments like central air, my favorite thing about this place is management CARES. Maintenance requests are always responded to immediately and followed up with later on and any issues are resolved quickly. After knowing how other landlords can be, I don’t want to leave!

Best place to live

We have lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it. They are very attentive and make sure they are there for you and take care of any problems. Wouldn’t live anywhere else!

Clean, Modern and Safe Downtown Living

Living at Mandan Place has been a wonder experience. The building is clean, my neighbors are friendly and quiet. My apartment is well appointed and I have had no maintenance issues in the six months I have lived here. Melanie and Ashley have provided outstanding customer service.
