Amazing Townhouses great location. :)

I lived in Sunset Hills Townhouses and called it home while starting my PH.D at Bellevue University which was conveniently located nearby. The maintenance man was quick responding to the inquires you can make on the rental portal and it is convenient to pay rent online. They are real quick with snow removal and de-iced the walk ways on the past winter. The only reason I moved I got married and moved out of state. I was very pleased with the fast response of the owner any time you had a question… about anything. Call them if you want a decent 3 level townhouse in a great location. It is conveniently located within walking distance next to Stella's Famous hamburger place that was on the food channel.

This place is great!!

The owner is very good at making sure things are taken care of when need be. Maintenance is great. The place is always clean around the property rain sleet or snow, the side walks are always cleared off. The town homes have a lot of room in them and are very cozy!

unprofessional

dan is rude and unprofessional beware before you pay your 25 app fee which is not alot but still he is short with prospective tenants and doesnt get back to you after you have applied then says he has other apps and will let u know very unprofessional and bad attitude

Affordable but a few draw backs

I've lived here almost 2 years. The landlord is great! Maintenance is quick. My unit is comfortable and clean. Pets accepted and the utilities are super affordable. Few draw backs are no garages available and parking is a real hassle. The long term tenants are not friendly at all and they tend to think parking is for them and no one else. Also this is supposed to be a smoke free place but it isn't.

Affordable and so nice!

Very nice landlord, he just took these townhouses over. Let me build a fence to close the back patio off. Allows pets. Maintenance guys are very quick to fix things usually. Even though a lot of people have dogs these are very quiet apartments.
