At one end of the hall your have your living room with south facing windows. Between the living room and the bedroom you will find the kitchen. The kitchen includes a pantry area, fridge and rage. At the other end of the hallway you will find the bathroom on your left and the entrance to the bedroom on your right. In the bathroom you will find a unique claw-foot tub. There is off street parking available. No laundry on site.

Utilities including gas, electric and water are $90 per month paid to the manager.
