They charge a holding fee after you apply which doesn't do anything for the renter. They "may" hold an apartment for a "determined amount of time". I payed the holding fee and application fees ($380), and then five days before I was supposed to move in, they sold the unit. My options are to loose the $380, get one of their more expensive apartments, or get put on a waiting list. They were not helpful on the phone and they said their manager would call me and I never received a call. I had a... horrible experience and they have horrible policies.
So if you pay the holding fee, know that they can sell the apartment to someone else even if it's the last available apartment.

We have been getting harassed for about 2 months now by our neighbors and management has done NOTHING to help us. I’ve done everything they’ve asked and it’s never enough. Clearly they don’t care about there tenants.
Also the windows are horrible, the walls are obviously too thin, vandalism, trash everywhere.
