Screen door Screen was coming out of frane. Maintenance was here within 1/2 hour. Repaired and re-insralled 15 minutes later.

Ceiling leak Had water dripping from ceiling. Maintenance came out, diagnosed where the water was coming from. Fixed the problem. Even came back later that day and the following morning to verify that it was fixed. Cleaned up a small mess in the Maintenance closet. Out standing!

maintenance My garbage disposal was not working,to the point where water drained all over the rug in front of the sink. Maintenance arrived the same day it was reported, ended up having to replace with a new disposal.
I appreciated the timely manner in which my request was handled.
