Cozy Living

I've made Tanglewood my home 19yrs now. Office & Maintenance are friendly, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, always willing to help in a timely manner, meaning very quickly & done right! They'll lend a helping hand if needed for sure. I feel our best interest is their goal. Modern gym facility. 2 well kept pools. Comfy wifi gathering area. Large mailroom for package delivery. All areas, including apt itself secured. Well lit grounds. Snow removal great. Convenient location to many… stores, salons, etc. My bldg is quiet & safe & kept clean. Multiple positives. :) Fantastic Team !

BEST Place, EVER

I just celebrated my first anniversary with Tanglewood in Sept. 2024.
If you have not moved here yet, you are missing the best place in Lincoln. From the friendliest staff anywhere, to great neighbors, Tanglewood has it all.
If you don't like loud street noise, request a space on the furthest buildings away from O St.
My neighbors are wonderful, even letting me in when I forget my keys. The amenities are great, esp. if you like tennis and swimming and I like the fitness room.
Tanglewood has made… me feel like I'm home.

Love living here!!

The staff in the office is super friendly and make sure it feels like home. Maintenance has been efficient with work orders submitted. I love the location and how close I am to everything without any noise from O street! Glad I call this place my home and I'm thankful I made the choice to rent here.

The staff at Tanglewood went above and beyond to make sure I got the apartment that best suited my needs. They are attentive, professional, and go the extra mile to really serve the Tanglewood residents. Thank you!

Work Order completed in timely manner

Quick response, quick fix and friendly smiles. And knew exactly what part was needed, retrieve it and installed it. Done and gone onto next work order. :-) They didn't stand around and chit chat. They were willing and helpful in completing the work
