Only certified service animals are allowed, and any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. All fobs, keys, and/or parking passes must be left in the original lockbox; failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If an infestation is determined to have been brought into the apartment, you may be charged for all associated costs. All vehicles parked on the premises are at the owner's risk. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. without prior permission.
