Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking if authorized. A one-pet-per-apartment limit applies, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties after approval. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Failure to return all designated fobs, keys, and/or parking passes will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item.

Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests can be on the premises at any given time. We cannot accept any package deliveries, and guests are not allowed to accept mail here or give out this address. Sleepover assumes no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. We do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the elevator, fitness center, sauna, or seasonal pool. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay.
