Guests have access to the fitness center and sauna. Guests will be able to view their check-in info on their arrival date, which will include the code for the building and the lockbox containing their keys and directions for accessing their unit. Please note that we do not have on-site parking, and guests will need to utilize street parking. The availability or quality of amenities such as the elevator, fitness center, sauna, or seasonal pool are not managed by us and may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay.

Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each space has a maximum occupancy limit, and there can be no more than the specified number of guests on the premises at any given time. We do not have a staffed front desk, so we cannot accept any package deliveries, and we do not allow guests to accept mail here or give out this address. We assume no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail. We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. Only certified service animals are allowed, and breed and pet restrictions are subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after the booking is complete. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. We have a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties after approval. If we determine that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, we reserve the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests will need to refer to parking instructions for information regarding parking. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.
