Please note that the building itself is not managed by us, and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. We do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the elevator, fitness center, sauna, or seasonal pool. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay.

The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking. If you are authorized to bring a pet, an additional pet fee will be applied after the booking is complete. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties after approval. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, you may be charged for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. You are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by you, your visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during your stay.
