Beware
When I first moved here it was Ok. Flooded bottom level Apts management wants u to pay for it save money move somewhere else. I found better Apt

Quiet, Nice place to live
When I moved in my apartment was spotless, with nice newer carpet, very nice wood floor in kitchen. I love the established trees and lawns. It is very quiet here. My maintenance request was handled promptly. I make 3x the rent amount, no issues with my last landlord and was approved promptly.
