ivi Apartments

My wife and I lived at Ivi Apartments from June 2024 to October 2025 in a two-bedroom unit. In short: AVOID.

The staff are consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. They are rarely available in person, do not answer the phone, and almost never respond to emails or voicemails. This lack of basic communication caused countless frustrations throughout our lease.

We also experienced repeated issues with rent billing, including multiple instances of being overcharged. On the occasions when we were... able to reach someone, the staff seemed confused and unable to resolve issues in a timely manner.

As for the apartment complex itself, it is marketed as “luxury,” but it is anything but. The build quality is cheap, and the amenities are essentially nonexistent. The pool is tiny and constantly overrun by non-residents and their children during the summer. The gym is small with very limited equipment. Parking is a constant struggle, with far fewer spaces than actual residents. On top of that, dog waste is everywhere, and management makes no effort to enforce community rules.

Lived here since the property was only 2 buildings standing you can find better value, better personalities, more square feet, better responsiveness, better pricing, and less invasive management somewhere else.

Nobody that has lived in these apartments for an extended amount of time has written a review. Sure they look nice, management is great. That’s it. The apartments interiors are done so poorly. Floorboards aren’t even, the construction team didn’t patch any of the holes they put into the walls before we moved it, any of the counters places aren’t aligned. Windows and doors don’t shut properly so bugs have been a problem with the summer. Oh and if you live in the building by the baseball fields -... expect lights to be shining into your window until 11-12am during the summer. Beautiful apartment with about everything you can ask for in a home. Huge windows, extra spacious floor plans, and a built in office make this place perfect to work from home.
The management is extremely friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!
