Poor Property Management
This apartment complex has the potential to be a great place to live, but the property management continues to make it worse instead of better. The previous manager was unhelpful and seemed to spend more time working to not help you than to actually help you. Unfortunately, the new management has continued the trend by taking away amenities rather than improving them. I didn’t think we could get a worse property manager, but we did.
For six years, residents had moving carts available in the... garage, which made carrying groceries and larger items easy. Those were removed and replaced with a tiny, inexpensive dolly along with a warning that if it broke, there would be no replacement. Unsurprisingly, it broke within a week.
It’s disappointing to watch each new property manager leave the community in worse condition than the last. Instead of investing in resident experience, the focus seems to be on cutting costs and making life less convenient. This could be an excellent place to live if management worked with residents instead of against them. Maybe then would it work to ask for positive reviews.
