The Fairway

In speaking for my unit, for the price that we pay, this apartment complex is okay. A few things that I appreciate from Fairway is that I do not have to worry about pests and parking fees. The location is in the middle of grood parks, pools, schools, and walkable shopping stores. The apartment doesn't look like the modern luxury apartments, and you see might see small amounts of stray trash every now and then, but they do have very decent maintenance services that work very hard to up keep the... dog park, the outside facility and the requests for appointment needs. They have close parking, clean apartments, and decent neighbors.The administrative staff are accommodating and very nice, and easy to communicate with. I have loved living at Fairway the last 2 years! I’ve found amazing community through free events they put on once a month. I have also loved meeting people at the dog park and pool. It is a beautiful apartment complex that is close to a golf course and city park. The staff here have been amazing, and I’ve had a great experience here! Community here is definitely my favorite park of Fairway!

Those old reviews are just that: old, obsolete. I lived there for two years. The property was well maintained.
The maintenance staff and the management, Desree and her assistant have always been polite, professional and personable and certainly responsive. I had few needs, but maintenance was always on the spot the next day if not the day of need. And the neighbors were nothing but polite and friendly. I never had a negative encounter or incident of any kind, related the people or the property.

Look out for their extra charges above rent. Water, sewer, trash. And more... gas. Which they can’t tell you how they figure out your cost, and insurance. You insure their building but it doesn’t insure your personal items. So you pay for their building twice, if you insure your possessions. They don’t follow their own rules in the lease either. Filthy complex!!! Furniture at the dumpsters for months. Dog poo everywhere. Raining (yes raining) in my apartment for 2 months. They just couldn’t... figure out how to fix it. Save yourself this place is a joke. Maintenance is the worst they will tell you they fixed something when they haven't over and over again. Trash and dog poop everywhere, snow and ice isn't taken care of until one or 2 days after if at all. Gutters hanging off the buildings. 8 people in a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment. Complaints are never addressed. No parking enforcement and never anywhere to park because of it. There is one guy that has 9 vehicles in the parking lot running a car lot from... these apartments. If you lease here you will regret it big time. The current property manager is known to just sit in her office and screen calls. She has done nothing but made this place worse than it was before.
