Location, Location, Location

If you're looking for a very centrally located place for an affordable price, Park Terrace is it. It's a five minute walk to Midtown Crossing and the Blackstone District, which offer many shops, restaurants, bars, and free activities such as outdoor concerts, movies, and yoga. It's an ideal location for Creighton students (a 15 minute walk and a 5 minute drive), and is also a short drive to UNMC and UNO. The layout has great flow; the kitchen, dining, and living rooms are pretty open. I... absolutely love having a balcony to enjoy nice weather. The only negatives I've found are that sometimes the common areas (lobby, staircases) aren't very well kept, the apartments have a pretty small master bathroom, and there is a lack of character that you can find elsewhere in this area. That being said, I appreciate that the place is updated nicely.
