very nice
For the most part, a nice quiet community. Very fast in handling all repairs that may be needed. Office people are eager to help and very responsive. May not be my forever home but has been a nice place to live.

Great place to live
I have lived in the Vanderbilt for several years has been and is a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist in moments notice. They take care of work orders in prompt fashion. It is a great community clean, peaceful, well kept grounds, and they even have a movie night. So awesome!!!
