How Is This Rating Determined?

Not Good

Poorly managed apartments with even worst tenants. Greatly needed maintenance support is sub par. Management just began a split payment rent option, which will only attract more undesirable applicants. For a multitude of reasons I will not be renewing my upcoming 2023 lease. I highly recommend that no one currently chooses to rent from Vita 72.

Roaches, Mold, and 100s of Ignored Maintenance Requests

The building we lived in had roaches as soon as we moved in, and they didn’t even have the place cleaned before we came. Vents are covered in filth and you’re basically breathing in dust all day. Our building also had a black mold problem throughout the whole building that was never addressed. Seldin is repainting the cupboards and replacing stoves and sinks and calling it “remodeling” while charging you $200+ more a month. Maintenance requests will never be answered, and your calls and... voicemails will never be returned. The location is the only good thing about this place. Stay far away!

Quiet Living

Quiet community with very few children or commotion. Only 1 washer and dryer per building - parking lot a little small. Appliance renovations are nice and you can't beat the price.

Cozy community!

Management is easy to reach. Maintenance is easy to reach. They take care of their buildings and their people. It’s quiet and remote.
