Disgusting and not well maintained

Office staff is never in the leasing office. Phone calls and emails are not returned. All maintenance is done by outside contractors who do not do a good job and leave messes behind. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of someone when there is an issue.

The apartments are moldy. The vents and walls and laundry rooms are all moldy. They know about the mold and the only thing they do is paint over it. This is unsafe.

The amenities are not as advertised. The pool is almost never open. The… laundry rooms are disgusting and almost always have at least one machine down.

These apartments smell bad. They smell like pot and mold. The parking lots are full of potholes and puddles when it rains. These are gross and old and no one will pick up the phone. Don’t live here if you value your physical health, mental health, or well being.

Not Worth the Price

The only thing good about this place is the locks on the doors and the location.

-Apartments consistently smell like pot even if you don't smoke, it will enter through your vents.
-Management does not work with tenants on rent payment plans if you fall behind. They demand full payment and late fees included.
-They spray for bugs but you'll always find them, especially spiders.
-They rented me an apartment that I didn't even tour/see because the one on their site that I did pay for, was a… different layout completely.
-The flooring in the kitchen is just laid over the old tile and you can very clearly see it.
-They raised rent without notice then gaslighted me when I told them. Just sat and denied it when I gave them proof through payment history.
-You have to pay an extra fee for paying rent online through their own site.
-Over the New Years there was blood everywhere outside for 5-6 days, leading into the unit and was in the carpet and on the walls. They cleaned it up a couple days after being notified.
-Maintenance Requests will be ignored for almost a year until you make a big enough fuss about it

I've lived here for almost 2 years and am moving when my lease is up. That's why I'm on this site looking for a new apartment. Figured I'd give people the real, updated review for 2023.

Do not tour

Toured a studio and it seemed like they haven’t vacuumed the hallways in ages. Spiderwebs all over the windows/in the corners. A light was out in the vanity of the apartment they showed me. You would think that they would replace for a prospective resident, correct? Screen door to the patio was hard to shut & basically came off the track when I went to close it. They ghosted me on trying to schedule my 1st tour & didn’t respond until I opted out of texts. Then when I went to schedule again I… picked my time & they scheduled an hour later. They don’t have it together at all.
