Unacceptable customer service and a terrible moving experience. The leasing office cares about nothing except taking your rent money and getting papers signed. Once you sign, you are completely on your own.They explained absolutely nothing about the building on my move-in day. I wasn't given a laundry card, mailbox keys, or access to the fitness center and pool. Every time you ask a question, they lazily tell you to "go online." I have spent four straight days coming down to the office trying to... get help, only to be ignored and treated poorly. The staff behaves like residents are an inconvenience to them. the front office is powerless. there is no phone number for the front office. there is only a phone number to elevate living's robot voice. when you want to try to get emergency repairs you have to leave a message. your message is than listened to by an AI slop system that always concludes that it is not emergency and tells you off. The pool is beautiful. It will open 1 or 2 weeks late for the season and then be open maybe 2 days a week. the neighbors are horrible and bring their dumb dogs into... the pool and their hair destroys the pumps. so, if a pool is a selling point, go somewhere else. Before elevate living, took over dealing with people in the office with so much more professional and easier to do! Now you can’t even call anybody in the office you have to physically go down to the office to talk to anybody and then once you get down there all they do is direct you to call somebody else because they are too lazy to pick up a phone and do any type of customer service for you unless your perspective tenant because they want your money… But once you’re in most of the people in... the office will treat you as though you’re a burden! There is so much mold!!! The maintenence is horrible they never fix anything. EVERY SINGLE MORNING IT SMELLS LIKE WEED!!! There's only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building and the washers have MOLD, dryers don't dry at all. Parking is ALWAYS a hassle. Staff is rude. The first week I moved in my fridge wasn't working and had a bunch of gnats in it and all they did was wipe it with bleach wipes which I am allergic to and said as long as it stays on it still works. All my food went bad. Night time... security is no longer available. I would never recommend this place to anyone! When I moved in they didn't let me see the apartments before I moved in. The people in the leasing office are incredibly rude. They ignore phone calls, send back your packages and are disrespectful to the residents. The covid response here was abysmal, they didn’t cancel late fees or offer any emergency relief or assistance in the height of the pandemic. The *perks* of living here are a filthy, tiny gym center which also houses the package hub, and a small outdoor pool that is closed for the majority of the summer. Rent goes UP every year for their mediocre services... and they offer no incentives to stay.
