Communication sucks!
Before elevate living, took over dealing with people in the office with so much more professional and easier to do! Now you can’t even call anybody in the office you have to physically go down to the office to talk to anybody and then once you get down there all they do is direct you to call somebody else because they are too lazy to pick up a phone and do any type of customer service for you unless your perspective tenant because they want your money… But once you’re in most of the people in... the office will treat you as though you’re a burden! Even if the problems in your home are caused by the Camelot staff, they still expect you to jump through hoops like I work for them
