I am here 2 years this is good place for cheap price, but Maintenace are bad. My apartment got kitchen sink faucet leaking and restroom faucet leaking and toilet leaking, and A/C Heater is not working. I did request the service from June until October but not thing been fix. Talk to the office many times they said they would tell the Maintenace guy to fix but not thing happen. Rent is cheap no bugs they maintain the units really good I’m in an older model maybe when my lease is up I might upgrade to a 2 bedroom

I've been a resident for almost 3 years, and have experienced multiple employees through the front office. There has been issues with paperwork recording.

The biggest problem is that maintenance is unable to handle problems- I've had both the main tech and on call techs come in to look into why my AC has not worked, and I am still without AC 15 days after the problem arose. The front office pushes the work off to the on call techs and vice versa. When asked for a manager's contact info, the... front office gave me a generic website/email which does not respond to customer concerns.

You get what you pay for at this place, and just hope you don't run in to any issues. There's no rush to fix anything here. Read More

I lived in this apartment complex for 4 years. In that time I experienced 5 different property managers and an owner switch. Basically the apartment complex is a training ground for new employees they always move out the good ones for newer worse ones. In the 4 years I only had 2 good property managers. The assistant property managers were clueless about anything that was discussed between the property manger and resident. We had carpet issues because they barely cleaned the carpets before we... transferred units. Ended up having to move out because the carpet began to smell even after we wasted hundreds of dollars cleaning it ourselves because they never followed through. They replaced one window in our new unit but left the rest so our MUD bill was so expensive due to having to keep the heat up so high to compensate for the poor windows. The two bedroom unit had ONE kitchen Drawer. In the year we lived in the transferred apartment our water heater broke, our AC broke, our heat went out and our fridge was so loud it was unbearable. I would never ever, EVER recommend this apartment. The staff was incompetent, rude, and clueless. They rarely gave any sort of notice before changes were made or repair people were coming. There was no communication whatsoever. The snow removal company doesn't come out on sundays and I hurt my back trying to carry my child through snow drifts in front of our door. In the last year, we were treated like new residence that destroyed our apartment or were not paying. We paid every month on time. We left it in better condition then when we arrived yet we were charged for several cleaning fees that were unnecessary. We were not given the respect as long time tenants and chose to go else where. If you have an apartment complex you should respect the tenants who are paying and accommodate them over brand new tenants. It's sad we had to go elsewhere because I liked my neighbors, but I would never move here or recommend it to anyone.

The apartments at willow creek are fairly nice and spacious and the community is very friendly, the apartments aren't the most efficient and my power bills are a little higher then usual but nothing else to complain about.
