Jay recently joined Monument Realty and is looking forward to a long relationship working with all different buyers and sellers. Although Jay has only been a licensed Realtor for a couple years, he has worked with many facets of the real estate industry. His vast knowledge of building houses, developing property, and purchasing many tracts of land allows for a unique knowledge of the entire industry. Jay grew up in Hollis and currently lives in Brookline. Jay can provide not only a historical knowledge of the Nashua/Souhegan Valley area but also insight on current developments and market trends that give his clients an edge in a competitive market. Prior to becoming a Realtor Jay completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Biology in 1983. Shortly after graduating college, he purchased an environmental testing laboratory (Chemserve) in Milford NH. He sold that business in 2020 after owning it for 37 years. In addition, he also serves on the Brookline Conservation Commission and has been the Chair or Vice Chair for over 20 years! Jay owns other Limited Liability Corporations that focus on property management, and development of properties that blend economic benefit with land conservation and public improvement. Jay has also built several houses and commercial buildings through the years. He has continually served the public as a volunteer in many ways. He is always trying to put himself in the “shoes” of others to gain their perspective, then work with them to achieve the goals they are working towards.
