Franklin Village

We packed up and left due to an Increase of Drug use and Drug Dealing, Cars were getting broken into on nightly bases, Management could care less. I call it Heroin Village now instead of Franklin Village. It's a Shame because a few years ago it was a nice place to call home.

I have lived at franklin village for a few years now. My neighbor has a dog and never picks up after her dog and this is not uncommon. Take a walk around and you will find dog feces everywhere. Another thing is maintenance, unless it is an emergency nothing gets done and the office people don't care. If you have kids don't let them use the playground it is currently used by dog owner as a dog park where the owners close the gate and allow their dogs to do their business. Children with worms... or other parasites are just waiting to happen. For the money they charge you shouldn't have to worry about your kids health. Another thing, which doesn't make sense to me is the windows. You can't get warm in the bedrooms because the windows are so bad. Wasting so much heat and energy never made sense to me.
