Will not answer phone/emails

I lived here for a year and within three months of living there the property manager left and has not been replaced. Also, the maintenance man left as well so there is no staff on the property when it came time that I wanted to leave I sent in the official documents to do so the office said that they never got them even though it was done on the portal. That took a while to actually get a hold of them to do so I was taken out of the portal a month before I was supposed to making it impossible to… pay the rent and signed the new roommate addendum. I called multiple times and left multiple messages and sent emails and nobody responded , but someone was able to slip notices under our door demanding the rent overall the establishment that runs the complex is very unprofessional and does not care about the tenants who pay them hundreds of dollars every month to live there. Also, if you have a first floor apartment, you do not have a garbage disposal or an air conditioner. Those have to be provided from yourself even though when we first signed the lease, it said that we would have those things and we did not.

Regarding the garbage disposal and air conditioning, we apologize for any confusion in the lease agreement. We do not provide these amenities in our first-floor apartments, but they can be installed by the resident. We appreciate your feedback and hope to improve our services in the future.

Bait and Switch

Went to view an apartment, scheduled an appointment and took time off from work specifically for this reason. A maintenance individual, who was unable to tell me the price of the unit, was the only person I spoke with. Only afterward was I texted the price of the unit - which was several hundreds of dollars more than listed on this site a month. They lie on websites to get people to come view properties, then inflate the prices.

Great spot with the worst Property Manager

The property itself is great, beautiful. Great location, renovation is great, good amenities and utilities provided. Terrible property manager, does not communicate at all unless its perfectly convenient with him. You're on your own here.

Property manager is horrible

The newly renovated apartments are gorgeous and overall a great location to live in but the on-site property manager is HORRIBLE. Seems like there is always a problem but when you reach out for help with something or having some sort of issue he never wants to respond!! Only responds when it’s convenient for him.
