Woodlands at Nashua

I’m moving out of the bottom floor Building 3 Apt 5. I am pregnant and my partner has asthma. There has been a strong weed smell that happens sporadically. I’ve had to call the police multiple times and complained to management more than once. We had to break our lease. At the current moment I spoke with the manager and they don’t know exactly who’s smoking it. So to even evict them, who knows how long that would take. This problem has been there since the winter time where the first notice was… sent. During this month i think it was more of an issue for me. I had to escape to my parents home in order to escape anxiety of second hand smoking weed while pregnant. We had to call corporate office about situation and be careful because if u break ur lease you have to give a 30 day notice and they’ll make u pay for it normally, but for us they said they’d only bill us for a week for May, so that was alright. After renting houses from unprofessional land-lords and paying insane amounts of money for heat and other unexpected expenses, it is refreshing to rent from a professional property owner. Getting the appartment was quick and the management was very helpful. We were put on a waiting list and received a call back a couple days later asking if we were interested in a unit with an updated kitchen for a reasonable price. Maintenance is also prompt and very helpful. The pool is small but usually empty… and the location is extremely convenient with easy access to the highway and a conveniece store and breakfast accross the street. Read More
