Great Experience!

I enjoyed my interactions with the property manager Trish while living at Colcord Pond in Exeter. She provided outstanding service, ensured the apartment building was clean and in working order, and was very responsive to all my inquiries.
Jeff the maintenance person was awesome! He was efficient and easy to work with.
All-in-all Colcord Pond in Exeter was a very nice place to live. I loved the outdoor space and the trail leading to the pond out back. The place is very dog friendly! I highly… recommend it!
