The Residences at 27 Chestnut Street

I moved out after my lease was up because of a lot of major problems we had in our apartment here. Firstly, the electrical in the apartments seem to be all wired poorly. The lights don't come on sometimes, and when you try to tell the offi e they sent electrical problems and just tell you to change the light bulbs... we tried that, pretty certain it is electrical problems and not bulbs because many other tenants have the same issues. Also, rent is way to high for what you're getting out of this... place. They hardly snow plow and are lazy putting ice melt down. Oh and they don't care about who parks in the lot there either. Even though they stressed about parking passes on the begining. You can hear everything your neighbor's do also. And they have messed up peoples rent payments also claiming they didn't receive anything when they did.
