Brookstone Manor

We've been living at Brookstone Manor going on 8 years now and have loved and enjoyed every moment. The area is quiet. Location is awesome....lots of wonderful restaurants nearby, some within walking distance.

The property manager, Linda is gracious, helpful and understanding. She makes living here very easy, comfortable and enjoyable.

Maintenance staff is exceptional, courteous and professional. Repairs are handled in a very timely manner.

This is a great place to live , its close to the Milford Oval with shopping and restaurants. It is extremely quiet despite many neighbors. The apartment is fairly priced and was renovated just before I moved in. Contains stainless steel appliances, also has a washer/dryer in the unit. It is a pet friendly apartment complex. The one characteristic that sets his apartment complex apart is the friendly staff. There are two individuals that work here one is at the front desk and one works on... maintenance- they both are easily reached by phone and remember tenants by first name. This is a beautiful place to live. I live alone but feel very safe. The milford police have a great proactive presence around town. I have not witnessed any concerning activity since moving here. I frequently see a police officer riding his bike around the complex at night, very comforting. The only flaws are as follows: an outdated balcony and sliding screen doors, no one seems to have a functioning screen door- many are leaning on the brick wall next to the slider.
