Beware.
Ongoing repair and maintenance issues. The maintenance team is great, but I see them way too often. They do the best they can but it’s what they’re told to do vs what should be done to properly fix a problem. Red Oak is the parent company, and they won’t pay to properly fix water and flooding due to foundation damage issues. Instead they slap a bandage on it and call it good. Over and over.

Great place
My family and I have been here for six years and have had an awesome experience. We've had awesome neighbors the entire time and have formed many friendships. Sharron and the entire staff in the office along with the maintenance crew and people who take care of the plowing in the winter have always been very helpful and friendly any time I had questions or needed help with something. My oldest son just graduated from Milford highschool and had a great experience there as well, so if you have... kids, it's a great school system. Pet friendly and a nice pool for the hot summer days!
