Dirty, rude, and full of pests

Do not live here. The buildings are never cleaned, including the indoor trash rooms, which are always packed full. The office staff are rude. FULL of pests and rodents. The property is falling apart with no renovating it ever. The only reason they even deserve one star is because the maintenance staff are amazingly kind and friendly. They do what they can with limited resources.

Too pricy and rude Management

Too pricy apartment and charged me $1000 extra for late notice. We given a verbal notice 2 months ago. Front desk is little rude and not that friendly. Even they increase the apartment prices, which is not worth it.

Overpriced, overcharged

There are nice places for better prices. Also all the properties are smaller then listed. My apartment was about 20% less square feet than listed

Absolutely Awful

Where do I start? Bed bugs, mice, horrific and rude management, filthy common areas (laundry rooms, hallways, etc.), extremely overpriced. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this complex. Live anywhere else...

Get ready to be nickel and dimed

The complex is nice enough and neighbors are friendly. That said, be prepared to be charged for anything and everything. Rent on its own is high for what you get but get ready to pay for anything you can think of. Parking, laundry, trash removal (there is no recycling here so those who are trying to be environmentally friendly best avoid), and a $50 fee to pick up your packages. The ceilings and floors are very warped and I had a hole in my ceiling from water damage within a month of living here... . It’s a nice enough place to live but for what they’ll charge you you’re better off looking elsewhere.

We understand that allocated monthly expenses may vary for everyone. As such,... we are extremely mindful to disclose all charges and fees with customers prior to signing a lease agreement. We would be happy to review these with you at any time. Our package locker system is a fee of $50.00 per year. Residents are responsible for all utilities. We have a great service and maintenance team! Please submit a service request through your resident portal for the hole in your ceiling you spoke of and all other maintenance concerns.
