Internet in this area can be unstable and drops frequently. There might be some road and/or building construction near the listing that are not communicated to us prior, as well as loud noises from the outside, which we don't have any control over. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. All outdoor furniture is stored from November 1st to mid-May.
