Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk, and a washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app.
Enjoy one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.

This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the unit, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds.
