This unit has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. There is a washer and dryer on each floor, and you can pay by app at $2 per load.
Enjoy one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds].
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal; in some instances, you will need to complete a criminal background check.
