Imagine thinking you found the perfect as a young adult. That lasted all of 3 days. Next thing I know there’s sewage water being backed up into my kitchen sink. It took them 2-3 times to fix and that was only after it started affecting my bathroom tub. Now imagine waking up and seeing a pool of water under your bed. And yes I lived on the first floor. Next tour in your bedroom watching tv and you hear something in your living room and it’s water pouring in from the improperly sealed ac that I... never used. I can’t even count on my hands the amount of times pest control had to come due to a fly infestation. Leasing management sucked when thinking to move to a different apartment it would take 1-2 weeks to get a half answered response from them, it was honestly better emailing the actual property manager because at least she would respond within a day or two. Another thing I absolutely loved was the super thin walls. I loved laying in bed listening to every dog inside of their apartment barking or people just walking in the halls. Snow storms the parking lot would be a hazard because it would never get properly plowed. I also see they list this having a “sundeck” and it being “gated” neither of those are true. My favorite part when I was moving out a random tenant telling me I’m lucky I’m getting out of here. Oh almost forgot most doors that lead into the building are either unlocked/don’t lock properly or are always being left open. So if this sounds perfect go ahead and rent with them. Read More

We're on the bottom floor and our sewer blocked up 4 times...pipes are 65 yrs old...when your toilet doesn't flush and water starts coming up though your tub, 4 ins high, that's cause for concern. The emergency # is in Houston Tx. They ask you what state your in...very comforting. Down the end of the hall, sewage water covered the the hallway. The guy in the last apartment said he's been flooded out 4 times now. Everybody I talk to can't wait to get out of here...especially us!!

Better off living in a housing project! Unprofessional staff, mold in the units, filthy filled with mice and rats plus roaches!

Rude, intrusive management. Constant plumbing backups into multiple apartments for years.

Staff is great! Most neighbors are amazing. The walls are thin, the floors creak, the hallways echo, and I can hear my neighbors sneeze or cough. You can hear people talking in their apartment from hallway or in the room near them.
We are currently in the middle of a creaky stomping neighbor above and a have to listen to everything so loud our shelves shake from the bass and noise of whatever they watch or listen to.
