I don't have the issues the other reviewers do

I moved in about 9 months ago and love my apartment. It's possible that because I am on the smaller side of the lake, I don't have all the same issues as some of the other reviewers', but in my experience its a quiet, peaceful complex. Neighbors are nice and bring each other's packages inside, no crazy noise, and our (large) balcony overlooks the lake where we can see all the wildlife. They keep everything salted and shoveled in the winter, and do routine pest spraying seasonally. Maintenance… responds promptly to any requests and there's a handy online portal for everything. The pool memberships are a reasonable cost, and the rent itself is on par with the rest of the area, especially considering the size of the units.

The only con(s) of my place are that it is at an angle of which we didn't notice during the tour, about 5 or so degrees. It's not exactly something that can be fixed, but found it worth mentioning. Sometimes also deliveries can be hard to get-- mostly food. That's just how it is with a a large complex and you just have to give detailed instructions.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

This deserves 0 stars. Don't believe the good reviews. Rent is outrageously high for what you're getting. There are police constantly responding to domestic disputes, the leasing office is slow to respond to any kind of complaint, and maintenance requests are not responded to in a timely manner. Parking is nonexistent, tenants play loud music late into the night. Overall a horribly managed property.

DON’T MOVE HERE!!

mice are everywhere!! called maintenance about them and all they did was leave glue traps at my door & blame it on residents! black boxes outline all the buildings. i’ve caught 4 ina year! huge crack in my ceiling. apartment is literally slated & caving in on itself. parking is horrible and the amount they charge for rent is insane. can’t wait for lease to be over

WORST PLACE EVER!

Please don't rent here! This is place is HORRIBLE!!! Mice are everywhere. You hear mice and God only knows what else in the walls. Spiders, roaches and so many other insects in the apartment. Management is fully aware of this and do nothing about it. They have some nerve to charge this much in rent. They should be PAYING people to live here. I wouldn't stay here if it was free.
