Rodents and bad repairs

I’ve been living here almost 2 years. The first year was great, but now things are going downhill. Rodents have entered the apartment. There’s a huge one that runs through the walls every so often. Maintenance will come out immediately, but it’ll be a spit & glue job every time. My upstairs neighbors caused a leak in my bedroom that made the plaster fall down in the middle of the night. The maintenance guy only spackled & spray painted over it & the other water spots. When he sanded down the… spackle he left white sand all over everything in my room. It was even all over my clean bed!!! Neighbors tried breaking into car several times. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Great place to live great area

Why it’s excellent because maintenance makes the difference they have a good team of men and the work gets done when it snow the men are on it the sidewalks and road and parking is cleared off.

Horrible place to live!!!

Bad management, apartments are old. NOT LUXURY. BATHROOM SMALL!! kitchen cabinets old. My apartment has mode! VERY POOR PLACE TO LIVE:

These Apartments are so BAD don't come Here!!!!!

These apartments are so nasty and infested with bugs and rats. The appliances there are horrible they break all the time. The rooms have breakable walls. The walls even grow mold because the pipes are always breaking. The service there is terrible you have to walk outside just to get service. You can never find a parking space because there's always someone in your spot. There are no lights in the bedrooms only the closets, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The laundry room has horrible… working machines that break all the time or just don't work overall. Hate it here never will ever come here or stay here again I advise you not to come here because it's just gross and a terrible apartment to live and enjoy your self in.
