This place is the worst! The walls are thin, the management company is a nightmare, they don’t fix anything, they give very little to no heat, they are money hungry. Please save yourself and stay away from this place.

I loved my apartments. I lived in both a studio and a 1 bedroom. Generous in size, lovely hardwood floors. New leasing company so things are improving re: general upkeep and repairs of the buildings. Very responsive maintenance guy but he can be a little off putting. Leasing agent Rosa is a sweetheart!

I called to set up an appointment to see a studio, they did not answer the phones after 5x I decided to physically go there, the guy Nick said that because of the “fair housing act” doesn’t allow two people to live together in one, so me and my fiancé couldn’t get a studio, anyone who sells any sort of housing knows the fair housing act has nothing to do with occupancy but that you can’t discriminate towards your buyers. After some discussion we set up an appointment on a Sunday to see the 1... bedroom and none of our calls are answered. So we show up to the appointment and the office was locked and no-one came.
