Do Not rent here! Beautiful apartments but comes with a lot of hidden fees and charges! They charge for everything here, even to breathe. Not a transparent company to rent from! They now charge you for trash and not just water. Water charges are not based on your usage but the whole building, absurd! They do not tell you all this at the time you rent. The maintenance workers cannot repair anything but always gives excuses. They will close out your repair ticket without actually doing the repairs… , disgusting! Find somewhere else to love! Leasing office and management both verbally never in writing confirmed the apartments and common areas are none smoking. Security who supposes to help enforcing this rule statement is that all tenants can smoke in their apartments. One is lying, who is it? You cannot have it both ways. When talking to management ad leasing office they are surprised that their security team ignore my calls for hlep having a "smoke shop" coming from tenants below my apartments having second smoke in my living room… . 3 years ago I rented a 1 bedroom asked the leasing office if the buiiding is none smoking. The answer was: no smoking in the apartments and common areas only permitted in the balconies. That was a lie. My neighbor below is like a smoke shop. Management now is telling me that tenants can smoke. They owe me moving expenses. The leasing office changed staff and now you have a very rude manager that does not want to talk to you. Do yourself a favor do NOT move here.
