    spacious

These are probably the largest apartments in the area, and each unit has its own patio or balcony. The outside is well maintained and older units are upgraded when people move out. The current onsite manager is very friendly and nice. The ancient windows are awful but the owning corporation won't replace them unless someone moves out. I've been here 8 years and these drafty broken windows drive me insane. BUT -- I love how big this apartment is, and I love my patio. So it's a trade-off. It's nice and quiet here, and you can't beat the location.
