The pros of these apartments are their location, spacious units, safe, pet friendly and affordability. However, there were severe issues that should be noted. The thermostats are outdated and ineffective, resulting in little control over heating. The sole maintenance person was overworked, and had poor communication with property management. Maintenance enters the unit without permission and disregards scheduled maintenance requests. Outdated units are not properly renovated between tenants,… carpets were only steamed, and some units lack air conditioning. Issues with mold that made me sick. Management didn’t care. Mold was found in the wall units. There were persistent issues with rodents and wasps, the parking lot was never plowed, and the laundry room was poorly maintained. During the move-out process, unjustified charges were applied. I recommended you research thoroughly, read other reviews, and consider alternative options to avoid stress and health concerns associated with this apartment complex.
