Terrible

To start I wish I didn’t rush into moving here cause the price was “good”. No amount of money is worth this place. Our sink was leaking the first week we moved in, fixed right away as I mentioned it while they were already in the apartment. Within two months of living there we had water start pouring in from upstairs as the neighbor left the water running all night and their diverter was leaking. Took a whole month for all of those issues to be somewhat fixed. We had to reach out multiple times… for them to just do their jobs. They told us even after we found mold in the closet that there wouldn’t be any in the wall and dismissed us. Well, we opened the wall our self and we found mold, shocker. Now, for the second time we’ve had another leak. They closed the service request within 3 minutes of calling us saying they were going in. No call after, no follow up, nothing. I had to reach back out to figure out what happened so they sent someone else out. Suspicious. He actually looked around and went upstairs which took more than 3 minutes. I also let him listen to a a video of water dripping in the walls. He “assured” me it wasn’t water, but we haven’t heard it since, again, suspicious. We’ve been denied a credit to our rent as they don’t find these inconveniences enough. Moral of the story, if you can afford to move somewhere else, do it.

NO privacy, NOT SAFE FOR PETS

If you're fine with a complex emailing you on a Saturday that you're building will have maintenance done Monday, then you'll love it! However, they do not EVER give you more than 48 hours notice and ask that you "secure your pets" even if it's a 5 day time span they could be doing work. I have not had a peaceful month in over a year here without someone invading my apartment while I am at work in NYC (which is why I chose this apartment - it's close to the bus). They never return your calls, and… you'd better be available when maintenance is, or your water will be running yellow and the back door will be open for your dog to run out while they pump the water heater. I am disgusted with this complex and could not recommend to anyone AT ALL.

Over the past year we have made many improvements to the community including new windows, door, and siding to all of our apartment homes. While this… has caused us to have to entered residents apartment homes more often than normal we are happy to say that the projects are near completion and hope that you enjoy the upgrades that were made.

Everything we could have wanted!

My boyfriend and I moved in our first apartment together and its everything we could have wanted! Its in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood! We also got great neighbors! The apartment complex is perfectly located so its easy to travel to the shore or into the city! We love our apartment so much we plan on staying here for a couple of years! It's a great place to live with plenty of space.

Village Square Apartments

The most "bang for your buck" in the area. At Village Square you get it all...a pool, playground, fitness center, tennis court and more..all included in reasonable rent. It's excellent for singles or families of all ages. Great office staff and maintenance. We call it our "nest"..a real feeling of comfort and belonging. If you're
looking for central air, w/d, dishwasher and a fun porch to
relax on, this is the place!

Over Rated Apt.15B

Better get ready to pay out if you rent an apartment here. Short term leases are a rip off. This place has no thoughts for the people living here. Its all about the mighty dollar here. I would not recommend this property unless you plan on paying out. They knew from the start when I was leaving but because I did not follow their (planned) paper work it costed me dearly. I am very up set with their additude toward my situation. The apartments are old and out dated. All they can show you in the… model. which of course is new!!
